2009- Run 16- 6 miles

First run for Feb.. want to finish up Feb at run 32..
6 miles.. nice and easy

On Thursday night, I'm off to Fredericton for meetings at UNB.. Thus the change of plans.. also, starting to teach yoga again, so stretching is built back into schedule 3 days a week.. Mon/Wed/ Fri.. February will fly by.. soon it will be march Break!!
