2008 - BRICK I

Finally got out on Bike! What a rush! Biked out to UBC and just had a blast! It was cold but who cares! First time I've ever been out on a road bike in January!! 1 hour on Bike..

AND!!!

Just because it was such a buzz! I decided I would Brick it! So, 30 minutes hard run after the Bike... Going to try and Brick at least once a week! Gotta eat and get going to yoga!

Then, yoga! almost did a full bridge tonight!  then, mmm.. lentil burger for dinner! Damn, I love Vancouver!
