trained straight through last week.. Sunday- thursday 10K each day
Friday & Saturday 50 K on Bike...
Ate big too, but tonight, Monday, talk about hungry! Man! I ate my dinner and the leftover plate I had made up for lunch tomorrow. Plus, inm addition to a full three meals, I had 6 cookies and 2 icecream bars! stupid cookies are everywhere at work.. "just one" somehow turned into 5! and a full caeser salad at suppertime as well! Sooo hungry!
Tomorrow, going to run outside! cut down on the calorie intake.. hoolahoop class was cancelled
