Run 20

Last Friday was a good run. Easy to add on a little at the end. Then, on the weekend I went away and had some fun with friends. I think I need to back the mileage down a bit this week, then shoot for a longer run this weekend.. Maybe two and half hour run on Sunday... Sometimes you need to back off to move forward..

January.. starting 1 week in due to being on the road traveling out here..,

Week 2: 30.27 miles- 4 runs
Week 3: 35.81 miles- 4 runs
Week 4: 24.16 miles- 6 runs
Week 5: 22.03 miles- 5 runs

112 miles......

Next month.. shooting for 120 miles in February!
Went to Hot Yoga on Friday.. Sweaty! Try to practice Eagle on floor
