ok.. I was sick. Ok, I have been going to the gym most every day. Ok, I have been spinning there for 30 minutes each visit... but, after January, I'm only at 7 runs, 3 of which were long? I need to run shorter, more often and log more miles.
the next day- much soreness in the back of my calf- lower and some sore ness in the outside of my left knee area
was planning to bike today- will see

one thing that I hadn't realized since I haven't been using blogger was that i had my PB in the half only a few weeks before New York. I wonder if that contributed to my not having the best run in new york?
