February 200 km ~ 10 km x 5days x 4 weeks (hypothermic half marathon)
March 200 km ~ 10 km x 5 days x 4 weeks
April 300 km ~ 10 km x 4 days x 4 weeks + 1- 35 k long run/week
May 200 km ~ 10 km x 4 days x 4 week ( half or possible full marathon in Fredericton)
June 200 km ~ 10 km x 4 days x 4 weeks
July 300 km ~ 10 km x 4 days x 4 weeks + 1- 35 k long run/week
August 150 km 1 marathon (marathon by the sea)
September 300 km 10 x 5 x 4 + 1- 35 k long run/week
October 300 km 10 x 5 x 4 + 1- 35 k long run/week
November Marathon 100 NEW YORK ING MARATHON
December 150 km
