3000 K?.. jeez that's a lot

running 3000 K this year..means 250 K a month.. means 62.5 K per week
right now, I'm opnly putting in about 50 K a week
need to squeeze in another hour per week, but where?
and I want to start riding my bike.. i dunnno
the tires are studded and waiting
