food tracker for a week

1. Monday: Breakfast:
2 egg omelette with a bit of cheese
slice toast with yogurt spread 2%
coffee- large w cream
second coffeee
Break: banana &muffin
Lunch:potato, 1 1/2 cup chicken stir-fry & pear
3 pm: Banana
4 pm chicken leg
6 pm. 2 bowls soup
late night 1 beer & 1 cup cashews
50 minute back workout/ 30 minute 5 km run/ 20 minutes on elliptical


2. Tuesday Breakfast: 2 slices cantelope, 1 slice bread with yogurt spread
Break: Muffin & 1 coffee
Lunch: large bowl soup & red pear
break: rice cripsie square thingy
4 pm slice bread with cheese and yogurt spread
6 pm. large piece of haddock with 1 large potato/ onion hash.. slice bread with yogurt spread
7 small clementine oranges
(had a headache)
10 km run
