"Add This" is cool

so, I had gotten away from my blog but it is so easy now to get motivated since it isn't such a hassel to update my running blog with my Garmin info.. cool, and now I can link it to twitter.. hmmm, very interesting

and safari doens't work well with Garmin Connect if anybody cares.. use firefox.. it's way better
