Run 29

6 miles triangle ... AFTER doing back workout.. holy wow! what a different feeling running after lifting.. first time i've ever done that... it was totally different. The start was so gentle it was almost flighty but after 20 minutes I started to bonk in the sense that things tweeked and were complianing that dont normally complain... it was interesting but body says what? mental note.. go easy on the running after weights.. never more than an hour
tomorrow.. FUN RUN 1
