got tempo up a few times.. a real nice feeling run...
was feeling a bit of a cold coming on this morning. Hopefully, it was just allergies because I wasn't feeling congested during run.. with another 7 tomorrow.. or even just 4... i will hit 40..
40 miles a week for each week in February.. wow! would that ever be awesome.. it's more than a 10% increase.. whatever, it's a good goal!
